OHT Partners has lined up its next apartment project in Austin, Texas.
The development, construction and investment firm formerly known as Oden Hughes said it plans to soon break ground on Lenox Grand, a proposed 315-unit apartment building to be located at 13505 Burnet Road in North Austin.
The Lenox Grand project is also relatively close to Apple’s $1 billion campus that is scheduled to open this year, and Uptown ATX, Brandywine’s 66-acre mixed-use project where the first development, a $328 million project called One Uptown, is underway and being developed in a partnership with Canyon Partners Real Estate. Construction on the project is slated to wrap up in 2023.
